Automated Data Sync 

Constituent and transaction data will now automatically sync daily between our fundraising solutions—Fundraise and Events—and GiveSmart Donor CRM. Organizations using our fundraising modules will now be able to easily see an accurate, connected view of their fundraising campaigns and events without the extra manual work. 

GiveSmart strives to save you time and effort, and this update removes the opportunity for human error plus allows you to review and analyze your fundraising data in one space for more accurate insights. With this data sync between Events, Fundraise, and Donor CRM, you can also thank donors more quickly, which improves donor retention rates.  

Single Sign-On and Easier Navigation  

All users can now more easily toggle between platform modules from one menu, using one set of login credentials. Being able to navigate the full GiveSmart suite efficiently, from one screen, saves time and creates a streamlined, functional flow.  

Enhanced Activities within Your Events and Campaigns 

Bundled GiveSmart users—those that choose our Champion and Expert plans—can now enhance their fundraising by including tools from both GiveSmart modules within one campaign or event. Want to add a wrap-around raffle to your peer-to-peer campaign or a kickoff auction to your annual appeal? Now, that, and so much more, is easier than ever! 

Dollars raised roll up, so your goal thermometer reflects the hard effort of your team, volunteers, and donors. This activity data sync also takes the difficulty and confusion out of reporting and saves valuable time.
