As the CEO of The Bold Stripe, a nonprofit consulting company that focuses on equipping and empowering leaders, Kate partners with clients across the US & Canada to develop strategy, coach individuals and teams, and reach new fundraising heights. Prior to founding The Bold Stripe, Kate was the National VP, Visionaries of the Year & Black Tie campaigns at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, overseeing 75+ fundraising campaigns across the country with events ranging up to $2M+. Personally, Kate lives in Apex, North Carolina with her husband Dan and their two sons.

Steve Greanias is the General Manager of GiveSmart at Momentive Software. Steve directly manages the sales, customer success, professional services, and support teams. He also oversees product and marketing strategic initiatives as they relate to GiveSmart.
Prior to joining GiveSmart in 2014, Steve led the account management and major programs team at GoHealth Insurance. Steve is actively involved in his hometown of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, with his daughters’ school and the Glen Ellyn Infant Welfare Society, where he helps with their fundraising initiatives. Steve is married with two daughters and two dogs. He spends his free time working out, playing both golf and paddle tennis, and cooking.
