Agreement to receive this information is not required to register for an event or place a bid at an auction.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance: TCPA protects the privacy rights of individuals by restricting the use of telephone equipment. 

Section (b)(2)(F) of TCPA provides special allowances for:

  2. When you opt-in to the service by sending a “keyword” to one of the above shortcodes , we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. You could receive 4 messages per month. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel. 
  3. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to Shortcode. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. 
  4. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again. 
  5. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to any shortcode. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

When You complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with Our Services, You agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that You are not authorized to use. If We, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, We may refuse you access to our services and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
